FAQ
What is REQUIRED before ordering?
An active Facebook Business Page, a Business Ads Manager account, visuals for your ads, and a credit card linked to your Ads Manager. Standard and Premium clients also need to be available for an onboarding call.
Can you guarantee results?
No. Results depend on your offer, budget, and market. We guarantee a well-built campaign and smart optimisation to give your ads the best possible chance.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Our fee covers our time and expertise. Your ad spend is separate, debited directly from your own account. You stay in full control of what you spend.
Do you create video ads?
Yes! But we need high quality raw footage from you: well-lit, stable, 1080p or higher. No shaky or compressed clips. We'll let you know upfront if the footage needs improvement. Otherwise only get still image ads.
Are there niches you won't work with?
We don't work with politics, MLM, affiliate marketing, CBD, adult content, medical marijuana, smoking products, or anything violating Facebook Ad Policy. We also reserve the right to decline any niche we can't confidently serve.
What happens after I place an order?
Basic clients receive a detailed intake questionnaire that needs to be filled out before we can continue. Standard and Premium clients get a link to book their onboarding call. Setup starts within 4-6 business days of receiving everything we need.
How long does setup take?
Setup takes 4 to 6 business days, but only once we have absolutely everything we need. That means full account access, all visuals, and a completed onboarding call. Missing assets will pause the process. We'll send you a clear checklist so nothing gets missed
