How do I know if my problem fits the Basic package?
If it’s “this specific field isn’t showing in this widget or template,” Basic is right. Multiple fields, templates, or CPTs? Go Standard or Premium.
Do you need admin access?
Yes. For diagnosis and implementation, I need WordPress admin access and FTP or hosting panel access. Credentials are confidential and can be used in staging environments.
My Elementor editor is blank or crashing — is that covered?
Yes. Editor crashes related to ACF configuration, plugin conflicts with Elementor Pro, and getElementSettings TypeError are covered under Standard and Premium. Pure server issues are out of scope.
Can you fix ACF Pro errors like unserialize() or textdomain warnings?
Yes. Database-level fixes for unserialize() and plugin load order fixes for textdomain conflicts are included in Standard and Premium.
Do you work with WooCommerce product templates?
Yes — single product templates, archive templates, and Add to Cart display issues in Elementor Theme Builder.
What if you can’t fix the problem?
I diagnose first. If the issue is outside ACF or Elementor (server config, third-party plugin conflict), I will tell you upfront and not bill you.

Can you build ACF field groups from scratch?
Yes — Premium includes full field group architecture. Basic/Standard works with existing fields
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes, 7 days follow-up support included. Ongoing maintenance is separate.
I use ACF Free — does that matter?
Some dynamic tags require ACF Pro. I’ll tell you upfront if your issue requires Pro.
