What needs to be provided before placing this transition order?
The source file of your LOGO. if not, a high resolution PNG file will do. And a complete concept/ idea for the logo intro animation. If you don't have a logo, don't worry, we can send you an offer to create it :)
What if I need a very specific customized pose and background?
If your custom request is different from what your logo shows, it means there will be additional cost to create the customized design first. Please message us for the detailed information.
Can I get the AEP file/ source file of the transition animation?
No. We don't offer and provide any source file/ AEP file for any animation order.
Will get sound effects for this $10 price?
No, to have audio/ sound effects and background music, there will be additional $10.
What to do if there is an issue with the delivery or the delivery is not what I expected?

I didn't provide much detail, so the first deli very was not what I was envisioning. I sent back a more detailed description. of what I was after, and the seller did an entire revision with my specifications in about a day. after doing the final delivery, I noticed an error, and they went back and fixed it in minutes. I would work with this seller again.
