What needs to be provided before placing this intro order?
First, the source file of your LOGO. Or, a high resolution PNG file will do. Second, the name of your channel is a must too! If you have any concept/ idea for the animation or any jargon words to write, feel free to share. If you don't have a logo, our logo gigs is ready to create you a new one ;)
Is video live streamers the same as a logo intro?
Please note that video live streams is different from logo intro animations. This gigs is used as a trailer video before streaming, so it will not focus on the animation of the logo itself in the whole animation, but more of as a bait to draw / pique your viewers' curiosity.
What if I want the whole animation to be very specific, custom and personalised to my liking?
Sure thing! But it will be a subject to additional cost. For example if you want the brief logo animation to have more custom movements and longer, it will then definitely an extra ;)
Can I get the AEP file/ source file of the logo intro animation?
No. We don't offer and provide any source file/ AEP file for any animation order.
Will get sound effects for this $10 price?
No, to have audio/ sound effects and background music, there will be additional $10.
What to do if there is an issue with the delivery or the delivery is not what I expected?
