I will build your 13 week rolling cash flow forecast with weekly variance
Group Finance Manager, consolidation and cash flow reporting
About this Gig
A 13-week cash flow forecast, built from your open receivables and payables, your payroll and tax dates, and your sales plan. Direct method, one week per column, one line per real payment.
WHAT YOU GET
An Excel model where every figure is a live formula, so it recalculates when you paste next week's ledger.
Receipts and payments by week, the low point, and your headroom against the overdraft facility.
Payroll, VAT, loan and tax payments in the weeks they fall.
Three scenarios: a customer paying late, a customer lost, collections slipping.
A variance tab for last week's actuals against forecast.
A written memo on what the numbers say and what to do about it, in every package.
WHAT I NEED
AR and AP ageing, bank balance, payroll and tax dates, and your sales expectation for the quarter. A raw export from your accounting system is fine.
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1. You send the data through the order form.
Step 2. I build the model and test it.
Step 3. You read the memo.
Step 4. We speak for 30 minutes about decisions.
Suits companies of EUR 1m to 50m revenue. Revisions: one on Basic, two on Standard, three on Premium. Message me first and I will tell you which package fits.

FAQ
Why 13 weeks and not 12 months?
Thirteen weeks is one quarter at weekly resolution, which is where cash decisions actually live. A 12-month view is a budget, not a cash tool. I can extend to 26 weeks as an extra if your cycle is longer.
What data do you need from me?
AR and AP ageing, your opening bank balance, payroll amounts and dates, recurring commitments such as rent, loans and VAT, and your last three months of bank statements or cash movements.
My bookkeeping is behind. Can you still do it?
Usually yes, and the Basic package exists partly for this. I will tell you honestly what the gaps mean for the forecast reliability rather than producing a confident-looking number built on nothing.
Direct or indirect method?
Direct, always, for a short-term forecast. Indirect starts from profit and hides the timing, which is the only thing that matters over 13 weeks. I can add an indirect bridge if your lender wants one.
Will this satisfy my bank?
Usually. Tell me which bank and what they asked for, and I will shape the output and the covenant schedule to match their template. I work with Greek and Dutch bank reporting formats regularly.
Is this a template?
No. I build it from your ledgers: every open invoice in your AR and AP ageing, your payroll and tax dates, your sales plan. Every line is a live formula, so the forecast rolls forward when you paste next week's ledger. Ask me for the sample workbook before you order.
