Google Ads account can get suspended by mistake from Google end. This can be easily resolved by filing an appeal. Google Ads did this for your own safety.

Another reason for suspension could be due to an unpaid balance you have with your payment card in another Google Ads account. You need to clear your dues and file an appeal with Google Ads.

If the suspension is due to a false positive and wrong alarm with Google Ad, assistance will be provided to follow up with Google Ads support through chat, phone call or email channel. Google should reinstate your Ads account within a few days or a week, if they find you not guilty.

After I set up the Ads Campaign, and for some reason the Google/Apple/Facebook Ads account gets suspended, efforts & assistance will be put in to reinstate the Ads account which takes a few weeks.

Once the campaign is set up, which is an indication of time & effort put into, the order will not be cancelled. The same applies when the Ads account is suspended for some reason. Work can continue on new Ads account, but NOT cancellable.

The direct Fiverr order is for 1 app URL/link. The app install campaign is for 1 app URL/link and one Ads platform. If you have more than 1 apps or want to use multiple Ads platform such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads or TikTok Ads, you need to DISCUSS first and place a custom order.
