Unlike traditional renderings which are time consuming and expensive, my process uses advanced AI with my architectural expertise, to create unique artistic, stylized, and atmospheric concept visuals. They are perfect for presentations and design exploration. They are not const.-ready tech docs.

Basic (Conceptual Spark): If you have just an idea, a text description, or some inspiration photos. Standard (Artistic Blueprint): If you have 2D architectural plans, sketches, or detailed drawings. Premium (Premium Structural): If you already have a 3D model or photo of an existing building.

For the Premium Package, I primarily work from standard 3D model formats like .BLEND (Blender), .SKP (SketchUp), .OBJ, or .FBX. If you have a different 3D format, OR high resolution photographs of an existing building. Please message me before ordering so I can confirm compatibility.

My conceptual rendering service focuses on visualizing your design ideas. While I can visually represent proposed design changes in the rendering, I do not provide updates to your technical drawings. My role is to help you visualize potential changes before you make architectural decisions.

For the Basic Package, just share your vision! A clear text description of the concept, desired style, location, mood, or any inspiration images you have are very helpful. The more details you provide, the better I can capture your idea.

You will receive high-resolution digital image files (usually JPG or PNG) of the final approved visualizations. Source files (my prompts/workflow details) are included in the packages. A super upscale for large format printing is available as an extra.

Each package includes a specific number of revisions (1 for Basic, 2 for Standard, 3 for Premium). Revisions are for adjustments to the visualization based on the original project brief. Major changes to the core design concept or input materials after work has begun may require a custom offer.
