What if you can't fix my bug?
I'll tell you upfront if something is outside my scope before you pay. If I take the job and can't resolve it, I'll offer a full refund.
Do you need my login credentials?
For most issues, yes — I'll need temporary wp-admin access. For sensitive sites, I recommend creating a temporary admin account just for this job and deleting it after.
