Out of respect for my time and schedule, all classes are paid and must be booked in advance.
Does the class include meditation or just physical postures?
Yes, the class includes both meditation and physical postures (asanas). We begin with grounding and breathwork, then move through a series of poses, and finish with a short guided meditation or relaxation.

I enjoyed my yoga session with Gabriela. She is truly an inspiration to me. I say this because I enjoy her just being patient with me, and being patient with the yoga postures. I love how we do the belly breathing sessions and the yoga postures that we do every session as well. I just love our sessions and love her teachings.
