Yes. You can view and edit the .pbix file in Power BI Desktop for free. However, for web embedding or online sharing, you will need a Power BI Pro or Premium account.

Yes, as long as you provide access credentials (securely shared). I can connect to Excel, CSV, Google Sheets, SQL databases, and more.
Can you use my company’s branding?
