What do I need to start working?
-A drawing with measurements (don't worry about it being perfect, just readable, since I need you to be as explicit as possible). - The size of the lot where the project will be done and estimated area to be able to place it properly in the plotting format.

It was a complicated assignment as my request was to draw the architectural images of an existing building with was complex. With the extra complexity having to handle this online with pictures and sketches she was able to get the result I intended. It was very plezant working with her and the result is excellent.
