Im a mechanical engineer specializing in the design of special machines my mite consists of interpreting and responding to customer specifications, translating into functional solutions a functional need. Concretely, this results in the following stages:

Pre-study, pre-project: upstream work phase used to advance several argued principles of solutions

Design: design phase of the chosen solution, design on CAD software, and discussions with the various stakeholders working on the project (other services, suppliers, etc.). Drawing of parts, calculation, and simulation (thermal, resistance of RDM materials)

Prototyping: sending files to suppliers, exchanging with them on optimizing the design to adapt to their manufacturing means. Planning follow-up.

Drafting of deliverables: depending on the client, several documents can be delivered: a technical file, and documentation for assembly and use.
