Cowork is Anthropic's agent that works on real files and runs scheduled tasks instead of just chatting. It started as a desktop app and now also runs on web and mobile, though local file access stays on desktop. I configure it around your workflows and connect your tools. It needs a paid Claude plan
What is Claude Code and do I need it?
Claude Code is Anthropic's agentic coding tool. It reads your codebase, writes features and fixes bugs inside your actual project rather than in a chat window. It runs in the terminal, desktop app, and IDEs like VS Code and JetBrains. If you want Claude working, I deploy and connect it to your stack
What is MCP and why does it matter?
MCP is how Claude reaches your live tools, CRM, database, Drive, Slack, email. Without it Claude only sees what you paste in. With it, Claude queries real data and acts across your systems. I build the full MCP setup for your stack, scoped so it can only touch what you allow.
Which Claude model is right for my projects?

Do I need my own Claude account or API key?
Yes, and that's deliberate. Everything runs in your accounts under your billing, so you own it outright and there's no dependency on me. API usage is pay-as-you-go and usually costs a few dollars a month at typical volumes. I'll walk you through setup if you haven't done it
What happens if it breaks after delivery?
Every workflow I build has error handling wired in, so a failure alerts you immediately instead of dying silently. That's the part most builds skip and the reason most stop working by month two. If something breaks because of how I built it, I fix it.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. I build it, test it on your real data, and hand over documentation written for a non-technical person. You'll know how to use it and what to do if something looks wrong. If you do have a developer, the documentation is detailed enough for them too
