My senior-level marketing experience and varied, recent freelance editing experience can bring a different approach to your book.
I edit each piece manually and show my work in a format that works for you. I am happy to review a sample edit at the start of working together to ensure I answer your brief.
For 20-plus years I worked in London agencies; with a range of challenging clients, across numerous sectors and channels. Building long-standing relationships, exhibiting excellent communication skills, and working to tight deadlines every day. I have edited a range of collateral, from magazines and brochures, to direct mail and digital communications. I also sat on two Editorial Boards.
As a book publisher (KDP), I have undertaken self-publishing training, which included editing novels and researching genres. In my freelance career, I have reviewed a range of books, business content, and digital communications.

What services do you provide?
The main services I provide are line editing and proofreading. If you'd like to discuss any project you have, please contact me, and I will see if I can take it on
What type of books would you work on?
I am open to working on any books or content. My books are in the biography category but I also have interests in history (due to my degree), women's studies, and self help. I have worked on a range of books (cookbooks, ebooks, business and financial books, political books).
What is your editing style?
I want to leave your wording as is, as much as possible, I will only change what is incorrect, vague, awkward, or what the brief requires. So that the final product is professionally polished, with your unique voice shining through.
Do you provide formatting?
That is definitely not my area of expertise but there are lots of talented formatters on Fiverr. I would happily let you know who I have worked with before.
Do you work for yourself?
Yes I do, i undertake all the projects myself and do not outsource.
Would you sign an NDA?
Of course, I would be happy to.
