FAQ
Why should i choose Gandewa?
I create custom vintage hand drawn logos for businesses in any industry. Focused on clear communication, smooth collaboration, and on-time delivery, I ensure high-quality artwork and a seamless experience from start to finish. Let's bring your brand vision to life!
How to get started?
You can directly place an order based on your logo's needs or contact me first on the inbox and i would be very happy to help you!
Why should i need a source file/vector file?
Vector/source files are the original files (.ai and .eps) in which logos are designed. They are an asset for your future usage. By using it, you can output the artwork into any file format (JPEG, PNG, etc.), any color profile (CMYK, RGB) and any size (pixels or DPI) without compromising on quality.
What should be prepared to order a design from Gandewa?
Just send me your figure that you want to input, best photo references, text that you want to input, and color references
What if I don't like the designs?
I can figure it out together and you can tell us EVERYTHING you need or wish to be improved. I will provide you with unlimited revisions until you are satisfied! Customer satisfaction is OUR PRIORITY!
What file formats will I receive with my order?
You will receive files based on your package. Basic and Standard include high-resolution JPG and transparent PNG files for digital use. Premium adds print-ready PDF, scalable vectors (AI, EPS, SVG), and fully editable source files for printing and future edits.
Do you use AI to create logo designs?
No. Each logo is custom-designed from scratch using Procreate and then finalized in Adobe Illustrator—without the use of AI. This manual process ensures 100% original vector artwork, complete creative control, and high-quality files ready for commercial branding purposes or trademark registration.
What extras do you provide?
Boost your brand with custom extras. Select social media kits, business cards, thank you cards, full stationery kits, or logo exports in various sizes. Simply browse the Gig Extras section during checkout to add these valuable upgrades directly to your order.
