  • Design machine as per machine specification using 3d cad software.
  • Preparing process drawings for fabrication, machining, assembly & subassembly.
  • Worked on product-based development of heavy fabricated & sheet metal, Machining & structural parts.
  • Applying Gd & T (ASME), Surface finish, and ISO welding symbol practices to develop accurate drawings from design models.
  • Developing 3d models & checking their feasibility by simulation and checking their stresses, deformation & load capacity.
  • As per the project bought out material selection- types of motor & gearbox, rack & pinion, lm rail & block, coupling & bearings, Pneumatics and hydraulics, etc...
  • Material selection capabilities (eg.-ISO, DIN, etc)
  • Bom creation
