I'm a native Chinese speaker based in China, and I translate English and Chinese for short content, product listings and subtitles.

HOW I WORK
I draft with AI tools, then proofread and localize every line by hand nothing is delivered raw from a tool, and the final Chinese reads like it was written for Chinese customers, not machine output. Files come back through the order page, formatting kept where the format allows.

What file formats do you accept?
I accept Word (.docx), TXT, SRT subtitle files, and Excel. If you have another format, message me first and I'll confirm whether I can work with it.
What is your revision policy?
Every package includes free revisions: 1 for Basic, 2 for Standard, 3 for Premium. Need more changes? Message me and we'll arrange it for a small extra fee.
Are you a certified translator?
Honest notes: I'm not a certified translator; best for everyday and marketing content, not legal/medical. Message me with your text and deadline first - I'm happy to confirm details before you order!
Can you deliver urgently?
Yes! Add the 1-day fast delivery extra at checkout, or message me first with your deadline and I'll confirm if I can make it.
Do you offer discounts for large or repeat orders?

Yes — born and raised in China. Into-Chinese translation is my native direction, and every line is proofread by me personally.

Simplified by default. Traditional available on request — just tell me before ordering.
My text is longer than the package — what happens?
Order the closest package and I can add the extra words as a Gig extra, or message me first for an exact quote. No surprises either way.
Can I try you with a small job first?
Yes — that's exactly what the Basic package is for. It's a paid starter, so you can judge the quality before ordering more.
