Do you provide ACX-compliant audio?
Yes, I edit and master all of my audio files to meet ACX standards. (By the way, ACX, Audible, and Amazon are pretty much synonymous terms in the audiobook world.)
What if ACX doesn't approve the files you deliver to me?
I will edit the audio files at no extra charge to make sure they get approved. This very rarely happens, and when it does, it's almost always a very simple tweak.
Do you offer a free sample?
Yes, I will provide a complimentary 3 paragraph sample before you order if requested.
Can you record a series of books?
Absolutely! That's job security for me, and consistency for you. It's a win-win!
What if I can't afford the whole audiobook right now?
We can separate the audiobook into 2 or 3 separate jobs if you need to spread the project out and pay as you go.
What does commercial rights include?
Commercial rights means that you own the audio files in perpetuity once I deliver them to you. You will never need to pay me royalties. I just ask that I be allowed to use a short sample for my portfolio.
