Scans and photos turned into clean, usable data no retyping.
I take scanned PDFs, phone photos of receipts and invoices, and image-only PDFs, run them through OCR, extract the fields and line items you need, and deliver a checked Excel, CSV or Word file.
What you get:

How I work: I use a local OCR and extraction workflow on my own machine and personally review every file before delivery. Your documents stay confidential, are never shared, and are deleted after delivery.
Printed text only no handwriting. Very blurry, skewed or low-contrast scans are quote-first: send one sample page before ordering a large batch and I will tell you honestly what to expect.

What do I receive?

My scans are phone photos. Is that OK?
Yes, if the text is readable. Flat, well-lit photos work best. Send one sample page first for large batches and I will tell you honestly what accuracy to expect.
Do you handle handwriting?
No. This gig is for printed text only. Handwritten notes, forms or receipts are quote-first and usually declined — message me before ordering if you are unsure.
How is this different from your PDF extraction gig?
That gig is for clean, digital PDFs with selectable text. This gig is built for scans and images, with OCR plus extra manual review for OCR errors.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes, openly: a local AI-assisted OCR and extraction workflow, personally reviewed by me before delivery. If you need a guaranteed no-AI workflow, tell me before ordering and I will say honestly whether I can take it.
Are my documents confidential?
Yes. Processed locally on my own machine, never shared, and deleted after delivery and your acceptance.
