About this gig
Every conversation with Claude starts from zero. You explain your business, your projects and your preferences. Again. A second brain fixes that.
I'll build you an Obsidian vault for your projects, decisions and reference notes, and connect it to Claude. Claude then starts each session already knowing your work and your voice, and finds notes by what they mean, not just what they're called.
I run this setup myself, every day. I'm a senior software engineer, and I build it the way I'd want it built: documented, private and yours.

Privacy: your vault runs on your own computer. Notes you send for importing are kept only for the order and deleted on delivery.

Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to be able to install an app and follow along on a call. I handle the rest.
How does the setup happen?
I build your vault beforehand, then we install it together on a Fiverr video call. You keep control of your computer the whole time.
Which Claude plan do I need?
Any plan works, including Free. A paid plan (Pro or above) gives you more usage. The subscription is yours, not part of the gig.
Where do my notes live?
On your own computer. I never host your data.
Mac or Windows?
Both. Tell me which when you order.
Can you import my notes from Notion, Evernote or Apple Notes?
Yes. Standard imports up to 100 notes from one app; Premium up to 500 from three. Already keep Markdown files? Basic adds them as they are. For bigger archives, message me first so I can quote fairly.
What support do I get after delivery?
Starter and Imported: help by Fiverr message for 14 days after delivery. Full: a written tuning round after your first week, then 30 days of help by message if anything stops working as delivered.
