What access do you need?
Usually WordPress admin and hosting/FTP access. I'll guide you on how to create a temporary login. You can remove it after the fix. Everything is secure and professional.
What if you can't fix it?
I'll tell you honestly before any work starts. If I take the job and still can't fix it, I'll cancel the order and you won't be charged. No risk for you.
My site is hacked. How fast can you fix it?
I start within hours for emergency orders. Most hacked site cleanups take 1 day. If it's complex, I'll let you know upfront.
