I have been coding websites since 1996, and have improved the SEO on many sites over the years, even ranking #1 in Google for the search term, "Hip-Hop Without Ego," when I was using that slogan. Improving search rankings for a former employer led to the best Christmas season they had ever had up until that point. I have also earned commissions from affiliate sales as a result of optimizing my own website. I cannot guarantee any results in terms of traffic or sales, but I have achieved them in the past. I can only offer using SEMRush, and my own personal and professional experience, to optimize your website to the best of my abilities.
