1. Will the AI voice agent sound like a robot?
No. I use natural, human-like voices with fast response times, and I tune the script and pacing during testing so conversations flow smoothly. You’ll hear test calls before going live.
2. What will I pay each month to run it?
Running costs are billed by the platforms to your own account: usually per-minute usage on Vapi or Retell, plus a phone number from Twilio. I’ll estimate your monthly cost from your call volume before we start.
3. Can it book appointments into my calendar or CRM?
Yes. It connects to Google Calendar, Cal.com or Calendly, and can log every lead and booking in your CRM, including GoHighLevel and HubSpot.
4. Can it make outbound calls to my leads?
Yes, with the Premium package or the Outbound Calling extra. Outbound calls must only go to people who have agreed to be contacted, and I’ll build it with those rules in mind.
5. What do you need from me to start?
Your business details, services and prices, common customer questions, opening hours, the calendar or CRM you use, and how you want urgent calls handled. A short call recording or sample script helps too.
6. Can I keep my existing phone number?
Usually, yes. Calls can be forwarded from your current number to the AI agent, or I can set up a new number for it. I’ll recommend the best option for your setup.
