I will create photorealistic 3d archviz interiors

I will do an archviz scene complete with props, textures and simulations (i.e fireplaces, water features etc) according to the references that you provide me. It will be done in Blender or unreal engine based on your preference. The scene will be well lit as well and the renders, both static and video, will be provided based on your requirements.
