Can I hear a sample of how it will sound?
Yes - send me your file and I'll send you a sample - when you are happy with the sample, we can proceed from there and start the work.
Can you remove 100% of the noise?
It depends on what type of noise it is - Yes sometimes it is possible, other times noise may be reduced and improved but not totally removed. Removing some kinds of noise can highlight artifacts in the sounds remaining, but it's usually still a better result.
Can you fix the audio on video?
Yes, I can take the audio from the video to work on it. If you'd like the new audio placing back in the video, there's a gig extra for that, or you can simply have the WAV audio file.
What file formats to you accept and deliver in?
I accept almost any audio file format, please send the best example you have. I deliver in WAV for quality, but can provide MP3 if you prefer.
Can you highlight/extract voices on a surveillance recording?
Sometimes yes, but not always - it depends on the original file quality. If you can understand the voices already, I can improve the clarity. If the voices are very quiet, almost inaudible or buried in noise, they probably can't be recovered.
