I will convert your figma or PSD design into a responsive HTML email template
About this gig
Hi I'm Gianna, an email developer. I've spent several years hand-coding responsive emails for marketing teams.
I don't use drag-and-drop builders. Every template is hand-coded so it holds up in the clients that break most emails: Outlook on Windows, Gmail clipping, iOS dark mode.
What I need from you
- Your design Figma, PSD, AI, Sketch, or a PDF
- Link URLs, UTM parameters, and alt text
- Your ESP, if you want it uploaded
What you get
- Hand-coded responsive HTML, 600px desktop down to 320px mobile
- Bulletproof CTAs, dark-mode handling, retina-ready images
- Live text instead of image-only layouts, so it stays accessible and lands in the inbox
- Rendering checked across major desktop, mobile, and webmail clients
- A clean source file you own and can reuse
I work in Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), and many other ESP platforms.
Send me your design before you order and I'll confirm scope and turnaround.
Delivery style preference
Please inform the freelancer of any preferences or concerns regarding the use of AI tools in the completion and/or delivery of your order.

FAQ
Do you use a drag-and-drop builder?
No. Every template is hand-coded HTML with inline CSS. Builder exports carry a lot of bloat and tend to fall apart in Outlook. Hand-coded markup gives you a smaller file, cleaner rendering, and a source file you can actually edit later.
Will it render correctly across all ISPs?
Yes, I Q/C and render your email across 50+ email clients.
Can you upload it to my ESP?
Yes, on Standard and Premium. I'll need a user seat with template permissions. I set it up as a reusable template with editable regions so your team can update copy without touching code, then you remove my access when we're done.
I don't have a design file — can you still help?
Usually. Send a screenshot, a PDF, an email you like the look of, or a rough sketch plus your brand assets. Message me first and I'll tell you honestly whether I can work from what you have or whether you need a designer first.
How do you handle dark mode?
Logos and icons get transparent PNGs with light-safe strokes, backgrounds get an explicit color-scheme declaration and media queries, and I test the clients that force-invert your colors against the ones that respect your CSS. That difference is where most templates break.
Will the email be accessible?
Yes, semantic table roles, real text instead of pictures of text, alt text on every image, a language attribute, and contrast checked against WCAG AA. It also helps deliverability: image-heavy emails with very little live text are more likely to be filtered.
Do you build modular templates my team can reuse?
That's the Premium package. You get a master template built from named modules — hero, two-column, product row, testimonial, footer — that your team can rearrange in your ESP without a developer, plus documentation on what each module expects.
Can you match a template we already use?
Yes. Send me the existing HTML or a live version and I'll match the structure, spacing, and styling so the new email looks like it came out of the same system rather than sitting next to it awkwardly.
