What do I get for just the $20 basic gig ?
The basic $20 gig includes a transparent PNG logo for your brand. Logos with additional extras, such as a watermark stamp, social media/website banner and/or source files can be designed with Standard/Premium Packages
How do revisions work?
You will receive (x)* amount of changes to the original concept i.e colour changes, shape changes, font changes. Not (x) amount of new logos. *Number of revisions will differ depending on the package purchased.
What happens if the order completes automatically?
The order completes automatically by fiverr after 3 days of inactivity, this means that once I deliver the order you have 3 days to ask for a revision if you require one. I work very hard around the clock so it is important that you keep track of your order.
Does the package include the font file (.TFF or .OFT) used in my logo?
No, the package doesn't include the font (as part of Fiverr's terms of service). If you would like a specific font please ask me if I have it or kindly provide the .ttf or .otf file. I can also provide links to purchase any licenses for fonts I may have used in your design.

What do you need to get started on my design?
Once the order is placed, you will be asked certain questions about your brand/company which will be essential for designing a logo. Alternatively, drop me a message and we can discuss in detail about your design ideas.
What is a vector / source file? Do I need it?
Source file - Is typically a .PSD Photoshop file that is editable. Vector file - This is mostly used for logos, illustration or other graphics as required Illustrator software to edit.
What is a transparent PNG file?
A transparent PNG file is a file type that doesn't include a background on your logo. This allows you to place your logo onto any background, texture or image seemlessly.
What is 30 day aftercare?
My 30 day aftercare addon covers you for 30 days after your order is completed. This covers you for minor adjustments (including resizing) that may have been overlooked during the design process, trouble shooting to the best of my ability and any queries you may have. It does not cover redesigns.
