FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Final title, author list, affiliations, short abstract, section texts (Intro , Methods, Results, Conclusions), up to 6 high‑res figures, full paper URL/PDF for QR, logos, and any brand colors or font notes.
Can you meet my printer's CMYK/PDF/X-1a requirement?
Yes, I export high‑res PDFs and can provide CMYK or PDF or X‑1a conversions; please share printer specs early.
Will the files be editable?
Yes, I deliver an editable Figma file and an editable PowerPoint where title, headings, body text, and figure placeholders can be changed.
Do you redraw figures or recreate charts from data?
I include two editable data‑viz templates; chart redrawing from raw data is available as an extra.
What if my images are low resolution?
I will flag low‑res images on asset check and propose solutions: request originals, upscale, or redraw (extra fee may apply).
