FAQ
Can you look at it before I order?
Yes, and I prefer it. Message me the repo and what is going wrong. I will tell you what I think the cause is and which package you need, for free. If I do not think I can fix it, I will say so.
What access do you need?
Read access to the repo, and ideally the ability to run it locally. For production only bugs, error logs or a screen recording help a lot. Please never send passwords or API keys in plain text.
What if you cannot fix it?
Then you do not pay. I will tell you within the first hour or so of looking whether it is fixable at the quoted price, and if it is not, we cancel with no hard feelings.
What is your turnaround time?
Basic is 2 days, but most single bugs are done within 24 hours. Add the fast delivery extra if you have a hard deadline. I would rather beat the deadline than use all of it.
Will you tell me if you spot other problems?
Yes, and I will not touch them without asking. You get a short note of anything I noticed so you can decide what actually matters and what can wait.
