Lack of communication. Very long response time. Initially said the project would take 8 days. Deadline came and she asked for 3 more. No response after not meeting the extended deadline. When asked what the delay was all she would say is “I didn’t have time”. Don’t recommend. My project and money wasn’t worth her time apparently
