Yes, absolutely. If you are not 100% satisfied with the work effort, I will not charge you a single penny/cent.
What tools do you (I) use?
Mostly tools built into the operating system. Depending on the need, I might have to install third-party software (like AVG for antivirus if you wanted a free tier) or sysinternals tools for diagnostics (Microsoft). I never download tools that I am not familiar with myself.
Do you outsource the work effort to someone else?
Negative. I perform all of the work effort myself! 100%! From scheduling, to following-up to actually performing the work effort with/for you e.t.c
Can I record the session?
Absolutely. But I would highly caution and advise against posting the session on the internet as there might be sensitive information on the session. Including but not limited to, your computer name, your username, your password e.t.c
What do you (I) do to take my computer security seriously?
Including but not limited to and in random order. 01. Use VPN 02. Browser hygiene to the max (I never visit websites I don't have to) 03. MFA (Multi factor authentication) 04. Secure CRM (safeguarded with MFA) 05. Not clicking on suspicious links 06. Verifying senders and more.
