FAQ
What logo file do you need?
Please provide an AI, EPS, SVG, or editable PDF file where possible. A high-resolution transparent PNG may work for simpler projects, but I need to review it first. This service animates an existing logo; logo design, tracing, or reconstruction is not included unless quoted separately
Will my animation be custom-made or based on a template?
For this proposed listing, the animation is developed around your approved brief rather than an undisclosed stock template. Share references for your preferred style, whether that is a minimalist logo intro, corporate logo animation, or a more cinematic treatment. References guide the direction
Can you provide a transparent background or website animation?
A transparent logo animation, looping GIF, or website logo animation requires format and workflow review before ordering. Tell me where the animation will be used so I can confirm feasibility and quote the appropriate export. These versions are not included automatically in the standard MP4 packages
Can I use the animation commercially, and are source files included?
Explain your intended use before ordering, especially for a commercial brand intro or paid advertising. I will confirm the usage terms for assets I supply, and you must have permission to use your supplied logo and media.
What do revisions include?
Revisions cover adjustments within the approved direction, such as timing, colors, logo placement, or sound levels. A new concept, replacement logo, additional sequence, or change from 2D to 3D requires a separate quote. Please submit consolidated feedback for each revision round
