I only have a rough sketch and a PCB layout, can you design the full enclosure?
Yes. That is actually the ideal starting point. I design enclosures from the inside out starting with your PCB dimensions, connector locations, battery size, and antenna keep-out zones.
Can you start working today?
In most cases, yes. Once I have your PCB outline, key component heights, and any cosmetic references, I can begin the enclosure layout within hours not days.
What file formats will I receive?
You receive STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, and PDF, everything your die cast toolmaker and CEM need to proceed. Native SolidWorks or Fusion 360 source files are included upon request at no extra charge.
Can you design a multi-part housing (top, bottom, mid-frame)?
Yes. My Standard package covers a two-part enclosure (top + bottom shell). My Premium package includes full multi-part housing systems top case, bottom case, mid-frame, battery door, SIM tray with alignment features,
What if my electronics team requests changes after delivery?
That is completely normal in hardware development PCBs change, connectors move, new components get added. Every package includes revisions.
