Yes. You need an Airtable account where the completed system can be built or transferred. A free account may work for basic systems, but advanced automations and features may require a paid Airtable plan.
What information do you need to begin?
Please provide your inventory workflow, required fields, sample data, supplier and purchasing process, desired reports, and any current spreadsheets. I will use this information to design the system around your operations.
Can you import my existing inventory data?
Yes. Data import is available within the limits of your selected package. Your files should be supplied in Excel or CSV format. Additional data cleaning, restructuring, or large imports may require a custom offer.
Can you customize the system for my industry?
Yes. The system can be customized for ecommerce, retail, wholesale, service businesses, construction, logistics, and other operations. Please contact me before ordering if your workflow has specialized requirements.
Will my system include low-stock or reorder alerts?
Low-stock indicators and reorder-point fields can be included based on your package. Automated email or notification alerts depend on the selected package, requested workflow, and features supported by your Airtable plan.
Do you provide training after completing the system?
Written documentation is included according to the selected package. The Premium package includes a walkthrough. A 60-minute live training session can also be purchased as a Gig Extra.
Can you connect Airtable with other applications?
Basic Airtable automations may be included depending on your package. Integrations with Zapier or other platforms require a project review and custom offer. Buyers are responsible for third-party subscription costs.
Will you provide ongoing support after delivery?
I will correct issues that fall within the original order scope during the revision period. New tables, features, automations, integrations, or workflow changes requested after delivery may require an additional order.
