Hi, I'm Gerard. I work with online sellers on Amazon, Shopify and Stripe who spend too much time making their numbers match QuickBooks.
I build tools that do this checking for you. They compare your payouts with your books, check your Amazon fees, and bring sales from all your platforms into one place.
I document my work and send you a written report at every step. Each report says what I did, what I found, and what I need from you next. The final report lists every problem found, with the amount and the reason, and explains how to use what I built.

What do you need from me to start?
The job in plain words, and a few examples of a right answer and a wrong one. I turn that into a plan you approve before I build anything.
What jobs can the agent do?
Sort transactions into the right accounts, match payouts to invoices, flag entries that look wrong, pull data out of statements and receipts, or draft replies your team approves. If a job needs a person to decide, I'll tell you. I don't build agents that search large document libraries.
I already have an agent. Can you just test it?
Definitely! Send me the agent and a few answers you think are wrong. I'll build the tests around what you already have. It's usually faster than a new build.
I'm not a tech person. What does 'tested' mean?
A list of checks built from your own examples, run every time the agent changes. You get a test report that shows what passed, what failed, and what I fixed. You see the results, not just my word.
Do you need my passwords?
No - a key you can switch off is enough. I never need your main passwords. If something truly needs live access, I'll tell you first and say exactly what it touches.
I need more than the packages cover. Can you help?
Definitely! Send me the job and the tools it should use, and I'll make you a custom offer. I'd rather quote your real needs than squeeze them into a package.
