If you sell on more than one channel, your numbers disagree. Shopify says one thing, Amazon says another, Stripe says a third, and someone re-keys the difference into QuickBooks every week.
They do not disagree by accident. Each channel reports the same sale differently: order IDs, fee treatment, refund timing and currency handling all differ.
I build the n8n workflow that pulls from each source on a schedule, normalizes the fields that do not match, writes into QuickBooks or one ledger you trust, and alerts you when a source changes shape instead of failing silently.

1. You list your channels and send one example of the output you want, rough is fine
2. I confirm what each source exposes, API or export, before you order
3. Field mapping written out for you to approve
4. First sync on your real data, so you can check the numbers early

Do I need my own n8n instance?
Yes, and that is deliberate. I build in your instance so you own the workflow and are not dependent on me. n8n Cloud or self-hosted both work. If you do not have one yet, tell me before ordering and I will point you at the cheapest option for your volume.
Which platforms can you connect?
Anything with a REST API or a consistent export: Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, Google Sheets, Airtable, Postgres, most CRMs. n8n has built-in nodes for many, and I write custom HTTP calls for the rest. Message me with your exact stack before ordering and I will confirm.
How do we handle credentials safely?
Please do not send passwords in Fiverr chat. Use read-only API keys, add them directly in your own n8n credential store, or give me temporary sandbox access. Revoke anything you issued once the work is delivered. I will tell you the minimum access needed.
