About this Gig
Not sure why your Airbnb isn't getting the bookings it deserves? Let's find out and fix it.
With 12 years of experience as a short-term rental operator, I'll go through your entire listing the way a guest and Airbnb's search algorithm actually sees it.
Your audit will include:
- Title & description review with rewrite suggestions
- Photo order and quality feedback
- Pricing and minimum-stay strategy review
- Amenities and search-filter optimization
- House rules and guest communication review
- A prioritized action plan (what to fix first)
You'll receive a detailed written report you can implement yourself, or I can help you apply the changes directly.
Send me your listing link to get started.

FAQ
Will you edit my listing?
Yes, but only with the Premium package. The Basic and Standard packages include a complete audit with actionable recommendations. You'll receive clear, step-by-step suggestions that you can quickly apply to improve your listing.
Do you need access to my Airbnb account?
No, if you'd like me to implement the changes myself, I just need you to invite me as a co-host with the necessary permissions. There's no need to share any personal data or passwords.
Will you increase my ranking on Airbnb search?
Yes, that's the main goal, every change is oriented towards SEO optimization
How quickly can I expect to see results?
Booking consistency usually improves within 1-2 weeks after implementation, depending on seasonality, as platforms and guests respond to the changes.
