What manufacturing files will I receive?
You will receive 100% production-ready vector dielines with exact cutting and creasing lines in AI, PDF, or DXF formats, fully compatible with CNC tables and die-stamping. Standard and Premium packages also include 3D renders.
an you adapt the design to my specific manufacturer's cardboard?
Yes. Please provide the material thickness or flute type (e.g., E, B, BC flutes, or honeycomb) specified by your supplier. I mathematically adjust all interlocking joint tolerances to match your material exactly.
How do I know the structure will support my product's weight?
Before modeling, we analyze your product's weight and dimensions. I calculate weight distribution and engineer internal reinforcements (like double-walls or interlocking support beams) to guarantee complete structural stability.
Is it necessary to build and test a physical prototype?
Yes, it is highly recommended. Cardboard density, material quality, and environmental humidity levels vary significantly across different regions of the world. What if the pieces do not fit perfectly during manufacturing or assembly?
