What do I need to provide to start the design?
To get started, I need: 1. Accurate dimensions of the box/label. 2. Your logo (Vector preferred). 3. All text/copy for the packaging. 4. Visual references or a mood board. 5. Dieline/Template from your printer (if available).
What is a "Dieline" and why is it included?
A dieline is the technical 2D flat blueprint of your packaging, indicating where to cut, fold, and bleed. As a designer with an architectural background, I ensure these are structurally precise so your manufacturer can print and assemble the box without errors.
Can you create a custom box shape (Die-cut) for me?
Yes! I can design custom structural shapes. However, if it’s a non-standard complex structure, please contact me first to discuss the feasibility and technical requirements.
What is the difference between Print-Ready and Source Files?
Print-ready files are high-resolution PDFs/JPGs in CMYK color mode, ready for the press. Source files (AI/PSD) are the editable original design files. These are included in the Standard and Premium packages for future modifications.
Do you offer 3D renderings for all packages?
Realistic 3D Mockups are included in the Standard and Premium packages. They are perfect for visualizing the final product and for use in marketing or social media. For the Basic package, I only provide the flat design.
What if I have multiple flavors or scents for the same box?
That counts as a "Variation." My Premium package includes variations for color or text (e.g., Vanilla vs. Chocolate flavor). If you need more than two variations, feel free to message me for a custom offer!
