What equipment do you use?
I record in my professional broadcast studio using a Neumann U87 microphone, SPL channel strip, and Pro Tools. Every file is fully mastered — noise removal, EQ, and compression included.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard delivery is 5 days. Need it faster? I offer Express 24-Hour Delivery. Just select the express option or message me beforehand.
What file format do you deliver?
Standard delivery is MP3. WAV format is available as an add-on. All files are fully mastered and ready to upload directly to your phone system.
Can you record multiple greetings or menu options?
Yes! Each additional greeting or IVR menu option can be ordered as an extra. I deliver each as a separate, mastered audio file ready for your phone system.
