Do you provide the source code, or do I need to keep paying you?
You get a fully working chatbot with no ongoing subscription unless you want the Standard/Premium tier's live backend. If you would like the source code included, just let me know - that's available as an add-on.
Can the chatbot answer in my customers' language?
Yes - I can set it up to reply in any language you need. If you need support for multiple languages in the same bot, message me before ordering so I can scope it properly.
Can it be trained on my own documents (PDFs, policies, catalogs)?
Yes, that's exactly what the Premium package includes - I train it directly on your files and it answers with citations back to them.
How long does delivery take?
Basic: 3 days, Standard: 4 days, Premium: 7 days. Need it faster? I offer an extra fast delivery add-on.
