Gig Summary
About this gig
Broken Zap? Messy manual process? I build and repair automations in Zapier, Make.com and n8n so your apps pass data automatically and reliably.
WHAT I DELIVER
New workflows: lead capture to CRM, form and email follow-ups, Google Sheets and Airtable sync, Shopify and Stripe order flows, Calendly and Slack alerts
Fixes: broken Zaps and Make scenarios, failed runs, duplicate records, wrong field mapping
Custom API and webhook connections when an app has no native integration
AI steps (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) for classifying, summarizing or drafting inside a workflow
HOW IT WORKS
1. You describe the process (or send a screenshot). I confirm the right platform and a fixed scope before you order.
2. I build in your account, test with real sample data, and add error alerts where useful.
3. You get a short how-it-works note and a walkthrough of any edge cases.
Works with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, Notion, Google Workspace and more.
Not sure what you need? Message me first with the apps involved - I will tell you honestly whether automation is the right fit.

I build and fix business automations in Zapier, Make.com and n8n: lead capture and CRM updates, onboarding, email and SMS follow-ups, Sheets and Airtable syncing, payments and reporting, plus custom API and webhook connections and AI steps when needed.
I have completed hundreds of automation projects for clients across the US, UK, Europe and Australia. Before you order, send me the process and the apps involved. I will recommend the right platform, give a fixed scope, and tell you if automation is not the right fix.
My Portfolio
FAQ
Zapier, Make.com or n8n: which should I choose?
Zapier is quickest for simple app-to-app flows, Make.com suits branching scenarios and cost control, n8n suits complex logic, AI steps and self-hosting. Send me your process and I will recommend one before you order.
Can you fix a broken Zap or Make scenario?
Yes. Send the error message or run history and a screenshot. I find the cause (mapping, authentication, filter, changed field, rate limit) and fix it, or tell you plainly what is needed.
What if my app has no integration?
If it has a REST API or webhooks I can usually connect it with an HTTP or webhook step. Apps without an API, or with strict limits, may not be possible, and I will say so before you order.
Do I need paid plans?
Often yes: webhooks, multi-step Zaps, premium apps or higher volumes need paid Zapier or Make plans, and n8n needs n8n Cloud or your own server. Plan costs go to those providers and are not included in my price.
How do you test?
I run the workflow with real sample data, check each step’s output and the failure paths we agree, and share the test results.
What if something breaks after delivery?
Each package includes a bug-fix window (Basic 3 days, Standard 7, Premium 14) for faults in what I built. Changes in your apps or new requirements are new work.
Can you migrate Zapier flows to Make or n8n?
Yes for typical flows. Share an overview or screenshots first; larger migrations are quoted as a custom offer. 2. How is pricing decided? By apps, steps, API or AI work and expected volume. If your job does not fit a package, message me for a custom offer before ordering.
