FAQ
Do I need to pay commission on every order?
No. Unlike delivery apps, you keep your takings. The only fee is the card processor's (Stripe, about 1.5% + 20p per card payment in the UK). Cash orders cost nothing.
What do I need to provide?
Your menu with prices, logo, opening hours, delivery area and any photos you have. No photos? I can create professional food images for you. Not sure about something? I'll guide you through it.
Is it a template?
No. Every website is designed and built from scratch around your brand, menu and how your kitchen works. No two sites look the same.
How do I receive orders?
Orders arrive instantly on a live staff screen (any tablet or phone), by email, and as phone notifications. They can also print straight to a kitchen receipt printer.
What ongoing costs are there?
Hosting and a domain, usually around £3 to £10 a month, plus the card fee on online payments. There's no monthly fee to me unless you choose a support plan.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
I'll share progress as I go, so you can give feedback early, and I won't launch until you're happy.
