Is the minimum cost the basic package amount?
No, as mentioned: The packages can in certain cases fit the budget requirements for certain projects, but due to the variance of complexity of video games, it depends on the project, and thus would most likely need a custom offer. Budget fairly impacts complexity and polish.
What would a less than Basic Package video game be like?
As per the smaller budget, the amounts of 1-4 from the "What impacts pricing" section would need to be adequately distributed. Either a bit of each, or more of 1, which may be up to your choosing. If it's some fairly simple video game, then that may be good to go. Also longer delivery = lower cost
What about all in one package?
Original graphics, code, music and sounds of course is more costly than for example just coding... Of course, the pricing also depends on the complexity and polish of those things. So if it's very simplistic and simple that would be less priced.
Premium packages?
Sure, most likely custom offer. For larger scope projects milestones or per-module-projects is preferable.
What impacts pricing?
1. Complexity of project 2. Level of polish, details, effects, etc... 3. More Fields covered with original creations = higher budget (Graphics, coding, music and sounds, etc...) Quicker delivery = higher budget Longer delivery = discount

AIR is used for exporting platform native apps for the following platforms: Windows, Android, iOS, Mac. With JavaScript, the export format is HTML5, which is usually used for browser content (Which is playable cross platform as well).
