I will design interior lighting, exterior lighting, agi32 relux photometric analysis

About this gig
Need interior and exterior lighting backed by a photometric analysis your engineer can review?
I design architectural lighting inside and out, then prove it in AGi32 or Relux, so hotels, restaurants, offices and developers see the effect and the numbers together.
What I do:
- Interior lighting for lobbies, lounges, restaurants, guest rooms
- Facade lighting: uplights, wall grazers, linear accents
- Parking lot, site, area lighting photometric plans
- AGi32 point-by-point grids, light trespass at the property line
- Relux interior calculations to EN 12464-1
- Luminaire schedule with beam angle, CCT, CRI, IP/IK rating, wattage
- Night renders showing the lighting effect
Tools:
- AGi32, Relux, DIALux evo, AutoCAD, Photoshop
You receive:
- AGi32/Relux files, PDF photometric report, DWG layout, schedule, renders
Why it works:
- Render and calculation share one model, so they agree
- Beams chosen per surface: narrow to graze columns, wide to wash walls
- Outdoor fittings rated IP/IK for their location
- Revisions per package; added areas are quoted as a custom offer
Message me your plans, elevations, site boundary and lux targets before ordering so I can quote.

FAQ
What do you need to start the exterior lighting design?
Site plan with the property boundary, building elevations, mounting options (poles, walls, ground) and the lux or light trespass limits you must meet. For interiors, floor plans, ceiling heights and photos or mood references.
Do you use AGi32 or Relux for my project?
AGi32 for site, parking and facade work where point-by-point grids and light trespass matter. Relux for interior spaces. If your engineer needs a specific tool, tell me and I deliver in that one.
Can you show light trespass at the property line?
Yes. I add a vertical and horizontal calculation grid along the boundary in AGi32 and report the values, so you can see whether the photometric plan stays within your local limit before you submit it.
Do you design for hotels and restaurants?
Yes. Hospitality interior lighting is a large part of my work: layered lighting for lobbies, lounges, dining and rooms, with dimming groups so the space can shift from day to evening.
Will the renders match the real result?
They're calculated from the same model and fixture data as the report, so beam spread and brightness are close. Materials and site conditions change things a little, so treat renders as a design guide, not a photo.
Can you specify the actual fixtures?
Yes. The luminaire schedule lists beam angle, CCT, CRI, wattage and IP/IK rating, with a suggested model for each. You or your supplier can swap to an equivalent; I recheck the photometric analysis if you do.
Do you certify the design or stamp drawings?
No. I design to the standard you name and show the results, but I'm not a licensed engineer of record. If your project needs a stamp, your local engineer can review and sign my files.
