Your team keeps asking the same questions, and the answers are buried in PDFs, policies, manuals and shared drives. I build a private AI assistant that answers from your own documents and shows where each answer came from.
It's a RAG chatbot (retrieval-augmented generation): it finds the right passages first and answers only from them, so it can say it doesn't know instead of guessing.

FAQ
Will it make things up?
It answers only from passages it finds in your documents, cites them, and is told to say when the answer isn't there. No AI is perfect, so I test it on your real questions and show you the results before launch.
Can it read scanned PDFs and tables?
Yes. Scanned pages go through OCR first, and most tables keep their rows and columns. Very poor scans or handwriting may need cleaning; I check a sample before you order.
Where do my documents go?
Into a database in your own account. To index and answer, text is sent to the AI provider you choose (OpenAI, Claude or Gemini), whose business API doesn't train on it by default. You can delete everything at any time.
How much will it cost to run?
For a small team, usually about $5 to $50 a month: the AI model is billed per question and the database often fits a free or low tier. I estimate yours before we start.
Can different people see different documents?
Yes, in Premium. Each person signs in, and the chatbot searches only the folders their team is allowed to see.
Can I add documents later?
Yes. Standard and Premium include an upload page, and Premium can sync a Google Drive or SharePoint folder automatically.
