I provide MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) permit-ready drawings for residential and commercial projects across Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
Using Revit, I create clear, code-oriented electrical, HVAC, and plumbing layouts based on your architectural plans, ready for a licensed engineer's review and stamp.
What I offer:

Do you provide the PE stamp/seal for the permit?
No, I don't hold a PE license. I provide the technical MEP drawings, and I can coordinate with a licensed Florida engineer to review and stamp them for an additional cost, arranged separately. This keeps your total cost lower than a full-service firm.
What software do you use?
I work in Revit for MEP modeling and can also deliver in AutoCAD (DWG) if needed.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your architectural plans (PDF, DWG, or RVT) and a brief description of your project (size, location/county, and scope).
Which Florida counties do you cover?
Primarily Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. I can review other Florida jurisdictions on request — please contact me first to confirm.
What if the permit office requests revisions?
Each package includes a set number of revisions: Basic includes 1, Standard includes 3, and Premium includes unlimited revisions until permit approval.
