I’m a Director of Supply Chain & Manufacturing who personally created an in-house Excel-based ERP system that scaled a garage startup to full global production. I have extensive experience building SKU tracking, dynamic usage ranges, pricing, and automated dashboards.
What details do I need to provide to get started?
Please share your current process (or sample data), number of SKUs, what you want to track (stock levels, usage, pricing, reorders, etc.), and any specific reports or alerts you need. The more details you give, the more accurate your custom system will be.
Can you connect this Excel system to other tools?
I can build formulas that import/export data from Shopify, Amazon, QuickBooks, or CSV files. However, I do not create full API connections or custom programming outside of Excel (VBA/macros are available on Premium).
Do you provide training and ongoing support?
Yes! Every package includes simple instructions. The Premium package also includes a full training video + 7 days of email support to make sure you can use the system confidently.
