Do you work in Google Sheets, Excel, or both?
Both, I build custom formulas, Apps Script automation, and VBA macros in either Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, depending on what your file is in.
Will you need access to my actual spreadsheet, or can I just describe what I need?
I'll need your actual spreadsheet (or a copy with sample/dummy data) to build accurate formulas and automation, a verbal description alone isn't enough for me to test the script works correctly.
Can you fix or extend automation someone else built, or does it have to be from scratch?
Yes, I can review and extend existing Apps Script or VBA macros, but I'll need to see the current script first to confirm scope and pricing before starting.
Will the macros/Apps Script still work if I share the sheet with my team or move it to a new file?
Apps Script is tied to the specific Google Sheets file it's built in, so moving to a new file may require re-linking or minor adjustments, this isn't included automatically in Basic/Standard but can be scoped as an add-on.
What if my project needs more than 15 formulas or more complex automation than Premium covers?
