What's the difference between alpha and beta reading?
Alpha reading is for an early or incomplete draft and focuses on big-picture structure: plot, character arcs, and pacing. Beta reading is for a more finished draft and focuses on the reader's actual experience: emotional pacing, chemistry, and believability.
Do you read explicit or dark content?
Yes. I read romance, dark romance, and erotica without judgement, including spice, taboo dynamics, and heavy themes. I'll give you honest feedback on how that content is landing, not a watered-down version of my notes.
Will you edit or proofread my manuscript?
This is a beta/alpha reading gig, not a line edit. I will flag noticeable grammar or clarity issues I trip over, but my focus is on story, pacing, character, and reader experience, not sentence-level correction.
What genres do you cover?
Romance, dark romance, erotica, women's fiction, and adventure fiction. If your book blends genres, that's fine, just let me know what you're going for before I start.
Is my manuscript confidential?
Yes. Your manuscript is never shared, discussed, or used outside of our work together.
What if my manuscript is longer than the package limit?

How is feedback delivered?
A written reader report covering strengths, weaknesses, plot and pacing notes, and character feedback. Standard and Premium packages also include inline comments directly in your manuscript.

Yes. I'll give you honest reader feedback regardless of how the manuscript was produced, focused on whether it reads naturally and lands emotionally for your target reader.
